Can I mix and match bonbons and truffles?

Yes! We are happy to customize your order. Please contact our Joy Concierge at, so we can review your request and connect with you via phone to process payment for your customized order!

1. Bonbon and truffle selection!

  •  Visit our web page to review current flavors offered in our milk, dark, caramel and chef's favorite  bonbon/truffle collections. We might also have seasonal flavors available through our Holiday link, such as in Spring and for Mother's day.
  • Choose from a 2, 5, 9, 16 or 32 bonbon/truffle box. Prices as marked on our web page. No additional customized fee is added.
  • Choose what flavors and how many to include in your order.

2. Billing and shipping address

  •  If you have not placed an order through our web page we would be needing to create an account in order for us to process payment over the phone for you, if this is the case, please email us your billing address that is linked to the credit card to be used for payment method and the shipping address (Receiver's name, address, suite number, floor number, company name etc.) so we can start creating an account for you.
  • If you have already placed an order through Chuao, please update your billing address, if needed and email us the shipping address so we have everything ready for you!

3. Gift message

If you would care to add a gift message, feel free to email it as well so we can include it in your order.

4. Contact number to process payment

Once we have all the information above we can give you a call to process payment accordingly. Let us know what number to dial and time frame to do so. Customer service is available Monday through Friday, 8-4:00 pm (Pacific Time).
